Overview
San Antonio House Cleaning Services is a quote-request website operated by Far West Interactive (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit this website or submit a cleaning quote request.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, home size, requested cleaning service, and preferred cleaning frequency. We may also receive basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device information, IP address, referral page, and activity on the site, through hosting, security, and analytics technologies.
How we use information
We use information to process and respond to quote requests, connect you with cleaning professionals, communicate about your request, operate and secure the website, prevent fraud or misuse, understand site performance, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
How we disclose information
We may share quote-request information with independent local cleaning professionals so they can contact you about availability, pricing, and service. We may also disclose information to vendors that support website hosting, database storage, email delivery, security, analytics, and other business operations. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Communications
By submitting a quote request, you ask us and participating cleaning professionals to contact you about that request by phone, text message, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask the sender to stop future communications at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, logs, and similar technologies that are necessary to operate, protect, and measure the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some technologies may affect site functionality.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your quote request. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking residential cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date when changes are made.
